Adjusting a customer's points balance
Learn how to manually add or remove points from a customer's loyalty balance in Bopple Back Office.

You can manually add or remove points from a customer's balance at any time — useful for correcting an error or recognising a customer for an offline interaction.
- Go to Bopple Back Office → Customers → Database
- Search for the customer by name, email, or phone
- Select the customer to open their profile
- Click Adjust points
- Select Add points or Remove points, enter the amount, and include a reason
- Click Save
