Adjusting a customer's points balance

Learn how to manually add or remove points from a customer's loyalty balance in Bopple Back Office.

You can manually add or remove points from a customer's balance at any time — useful for correcting an error or recognising a customer for an offline interaction.

  1. Go to Bopple Back Office → Customers → Database
  2. Search for the customer by name, email, or phone
  3. Select the customer to open their profile
  4. Click Adjust points
  5. Select Add points or Remove points, enter the amount, and include a reason
  6. Click Save
