Accept and Ready delivery orders
Orders made through your online store to be delivered by DoorDash can be accepted and marked ready as normal inside your Lightspeed Kounta POS, like any other online order 👍

When you accept an order your current prep time is used to schedule the driver pick-up with DoorDash. Managing your prep time is important to ensure your delivery service runs smoothly.
Accessing additional delivery order info
As a best practise, we recommend having the Bopple Order Manager open during service as it provides additional info that may be useful in certain situations.
- Live driver arrival times which may vary slightly from the time assigned at accept
- Any DoorDash errors or cancellations
- DoorDash delivery ID, in case you need to contact DoorDash live support
Using the Order Manager
- Go to my.bopple.com/orders in the browser on your tablet or smart phone, and login with the same credentials you use for your Venue Manager account. If preferred, you can install the iPhone or Android app on your phone.
- Orders will be progressed automatically based on your actions in Lightspeed Kounta POS, so you don't need to double handle anything.
- You only need to jump into the Order Manager if you want to check on the status of a delivery, how far away a driver might be, or to grab the DoorDash ID in the event of an issue.
