Can I set up a cut-off time for Catering orders?

Yes — you can setup a daily cut-off time.

After the cut-off time, customers will only be able to select the next available day when placing a Catering order.

Follow the steps below to configure this for your store:

  • Bopple Back Office → Store settings → Fulfilment
  • Select Configure next to Catering Pick-up (or Catering Delivery)
  • Expand the Order scheduling drawer
  • Select Yes under Do you have a daily cut-off time for orders?
  • Choose your Cut off time

💡 Tip: Check both Pickup and Delivery

Catering Pickup and Catering Delivery have their own settings. If you’re offering both, make sure you configure the cut-off time for each order type separately.
