Can I leave instructions or notes for my customers?

Learn how to add custom messages for customers in Catering.

Fulfilment instructions

You can add notes that will:

  • Appear on the order summary page after a customer places their order

  • Be included on Catering order receipts

Catering Fulfilment Instructions

This is useful for reminders like:

  • Running late for pickup? Collect your order anytime during trading hours.

  • Someone else collecting your order? Make sure they have your order number.

You can configure this by:

  • Bopple Back Office → Store settings → Fulfilment
  • Select Configure next to Catering Pick-up (or Catering Delivery)
  • Expand the Fulfilment instructions drawer
  • Add your Notes

Announcements on the menu page

You can also use Announcements to display key information before a customer orders.

Storefront Announcements

  • Announcements appear on the menu page

  • You can set them up as carousel or pop-ups

  • Use them for things like pickup instructions, catering policies, or an “About Us” message
