Can I leave instructions or notes for my customers?
Learn how to add custom messages for customers in Catering.
Fulfilment instructions
You can add notes that will:

Appear on the order summary page after a customer places their order

Be included on Catering order receipts
This is useful for reminders like:

Running late for pickup? Collect your order anytime during trading hours.

Someone else collecting your order? Make sure they have your order number.
You can configure this by:
- Bopple Back Office → Store settings → Fulfilment
- Select Configure next to Catering Pick-up (or Catering Delivery)
- Expand the Fulfilment instructions drawer
- Add your Notes
Announcements on the menu page
You can also use Announcements to display key information before a customer orders.

Announcements appear on the menu page

You can set them up as carousel or pop-ups

Use them for things like pickup instructions, catering policies, or an “About Us” message
