Customer experience after the cut-off time
If a customer tries to place an order after your daily cut-off time, the earliest day they can select will shift forward based on your lead time.
Example scenarios
Settings:
- Lead time: 1 day
- Cut-off time: 2:30pm
Case 1 — Order before cut-off

Customer attempts to order: Tuesday at 2:00pm
👉 Earliest available slot: Wednesday
Case 2 — Order after cut-off
