These changes are designed to fix two common frustrations: - **Payouts not matching what you expect** — caused by fees, refunds, and other activity (like Bopple funded promotions) that isn't always obvious in the current reports. - **Payout timing** — arrival dates can shift around things like public holidays, and the new reports make this clearer upfront. Below is a look at each new report: what it's for, and what you can do with it. --- ### Transactions ![New Financial Reports - Transactions](https://help.bopple.com/hs-fs/hubfs/New%20Financial%20Reports%20-%20Transactions.png?width=670&height=441&name=New%20Financial%20Reports%20-%20Transactions.png) **What it's for** A full list of every payment, refund, and adjustment across a date range — the report to check when you want to see everything that's happened, or trace exactly what makes up a specific payout. **What you can do** - Filter by date range, transaction type (payment, refund, adjustment), payout account, or store - Click on any transaction to see the order details - See card surcharges, payment fees, and platform fees broken out separately, instead of one lumped deduction **What's in the report** Store, time, type, description, amount, card surcharge, payment fees, platform fees, net amount, and payout status (linking through to the matching payout). --- ### Payouts ![Screenshot 2026-09-20 at 2.38.32 pm](https://help.bopple.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot%202026-09-20%20at%202.38.32%20pm.png?width=670&height=232&name=Screenshot%202026-09-20%20at%202.38.32%20pm.png) **What it's for** A list of every payout — its status, amount, and where it landed — with a direct link through to the transactions behind it. **What you can do** - See the status and destination of every payout at a glance - Click "View transactions" on any payout to see exactly what it's made up of - Filter by date range or payout account **What's in the report** Payout account name, arrival date, transaction count, payout amount, destination (bank name + last 4 digits), and status. --- ### Fee Statement ![Screenshot 2026-09-20 at 2.38.52 pm](https://help.bopple.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot%202026-09-20%20at%202.38.52%20pm.png?width=670&height=211&name=Screenshot%202026-09-20%20at%202.38.52%20pm.png) **What it's for** A monthly breakdown of your payments, fees, and net amount — grouped by payout account, ready to download as a PDF. **What you can do** - See a simple list of months for your payout account - Download a PDF statement for any month directly — no extra steps in between - See tax on all fees **What's in the report** The list shows the month, payout account, and net amount. Each PDF statement itself breaks that down further: payments received, payments generated by Bopple, card surcharges, payment fees (plus tax), platform fees (plus tax), delivery fees withheld, and the final net amount. --- ### Leave feedback We'd love to hear what you think before these reports go live.
