This article will guide you on how to reject an order in your Orders Dashboard.
🗒️ When you receive an order in your Orders Dashboard you have the ability to reject it. This then notifies the customer and the order value is refunded to the customer.
To reject an order in your Orders Dashboard:
- Click the ℹ️ on the top left corner of the order you want to reject
🗒️ An expanded view of the order will appear and the reject button is clearly visible in red on the left.
- Click the Reject Order button and your customer will be notified and refunded 🙅
📢 You cannot reinstate a rejected order. Be sure you are rejecting the correct order.
