[Kiosk Troubleshooting Guides](https://help.bopple.com/troubleshooting?hsLang=en#kiosk-troubleshooting-guides) # How do I reset my kiosk? ## If your kiosk isn't working as expected, you can restart the device or access the kiosk settings to reconnect and set it up again.   Make sure the kiosk is connected to WiFi before starting. If you’re unsure how to check the connection, see our **WiFi troubleshooting guide here**. ### Reset the kiosk On the kiosk: 1. Keep tapping the **top-left corner** until the PIN screen appears. 2. Enter **5151**. 3. Select **Reset Kiosk Cache**. The kiosk will then prompt you to onboard again. 1. Enter the kiosk setup code, this is your unique store ID 2. Follow the prompts on the kiosk. ### Pair the Stripe payment terminal When prompted to connect the payment terminal: 1. On the Stripe terminal, swipe from the **left side of the screen to the right**. 2. Tap **Settings**. 3. Enter **07139**. 4. Select **Generate pairing code**. 5.
