Why isn't my menu importing?

Bopple automatically imports your menu from Lightspeed every day right before your venue opens. These imports usually take between 1-5mins, depending on the size of the menu.
However, there are certain times throughout the day where a large number of venues open (for example, 7-9am or 3-5pm). When this happens, your venue is placed in an import menu queue which can occasionally take longer than anticipated. This is the reason why your menu import can take longer than anticipated.
With over 8,000 venues on the platform, we are working closely with Lightspeed to streamline this even further and decrease those wait times.
When making changes to your menu, we recommend either doing it a couple of hours before opening or the day before to mitigate any importing delays.
