Should I use Orders Manager if I'm using an integrated POS?

If you have an integrated POS Orders Manager should be considered a backup if orders fail to submit to the POS. 

Orders actioned in Orders Manager DO NOT update the orders in the POS. Orders actioned in the POS DO update the orders in Orders Manager. 

If you have actioned orders in Orders Manager and the order finally appears in the POS click through the order in the POS so that it is up to date with the order in Orders Manager. This will not re-inform the customer.
