Marking products as unavailable

Here you will learn how to update your product availability.

🗒️ Marking a product unavailable will not remove it from your menu when a customer is viewing it, instead the product will be shaded grey and is unable to be added to a cart.

To mark a product unavailable go to your Venue Manager and select Menu.

  1. Select the category that the product is associated with
  2. On the right hand side of the product you want to mark as unavailable select the green toggle

Now that the green toggle has changed to grey this means your product is marked as unavailable.

⚡ To mark your product available simply repeat the steps until the toggle is green. 


An additional way to update the availability of a product is by following the below steps:

  1. Hover over the image associated to the product. This will pop up additional product information. 
  2. Select the green toggle next to In Stock

Now that the green toggle has changed to grey this means your product is marked as unavailable.
