Adding a Order Online button to your Google Business Page is a great way to organically increase your online orders - but when you enable online ordering on your Google listing, platforms like **DoorDash, Uber Eats, Menulog, etc.** may appear automatically — even if you didn’t sign up with them. These links can **divert customers** away from your preferred ordering partner (like Bopple), and they can only be removed manually. Here’s how to take control 👇 ### ✅ Step 1: Identify Who’s Listed Search your business on Google and check under the “Order Online” button. - You might see: *Order with DoorDash, Order with Uber Eats, Order with Menulog*, etc. - Take note of each platform that appears. --- ### ✉️ Step 2: Email Each Provider to Request Removal You’ll need to **contact each provider directly** and ask them to remove your ordering link from Google (we'll pop a template for this at the bottom of this guide). Send it to: - **Uber Eats:** merchants.anz@uber.com - **DoorDash:** restaurantsupport@doordash.com Note: Some may reply asking for verification or further details — just respond with proof of ownership or a screenshot of your Google Business Page. --- ### 🛑 Step 3: Wait for Confirmation Once each platform confirms your venue has been delisted, check your Google listing again (may take a few days to update).   --- ### ✉️ Email Template Hi \[Provider Name\] Support, I’m the owner/operator of **\[Venue Name\]**, located at: 📍 **Business Name:** \[Your Venue Name\] 📍 **Address:** \[Street Address, City, Postcode\] 📍 **Google Business Profile URL:** \[Paste Link Here\] Our business has a Google Business Profile that currently displays an “Order Online” button linked to \[Uber Eats / DoorDash / Menulog\], but we **do not wish to use your platform for ordering**, and we did **not authorize this listing**.
