Selecting your fulfilment settings

Understanding your fulfilment options allows you to manage how, what and when you receive orders from your customers. This article will help you figure out which options are best for you.

🗒️ This is the time it takes for you to accept and ready your customers order.

Enabling pick-up orders

🗒️ To enable pick-up orders select the grey toggle. A green toggle will appear which means pick-up orders is now enabled.

Minimum order value

⚡ We recommend you keep your minimum order value at $0. If greater than $0 you may disincentivize your customers from placing online orders.

🗒️ Enter a $value to set a minimum order customers need to spend before submitting an order.

🗒️ This is where you can add your specific pick up times if they differ from your regular trading hours.

Advance notice

🗒️ Advance notice is the minimum amount of time you require to fulfil an order.

⚡ We recommend you keep this at 0 if you want to receive pick-up orders for same day fulfilment.

🗒️ Advance scheduling is how far in advance you want your customer to place an order at your store.

⚡ If you want customers to have the ability to place pick-up orders 7 days in advance, enter 7.

🗒️ To enable delivery orders select the grey toggle. A green toggle will appear which means delivery orders is now enabled.

Minimum order value

⚡ Enter a $value to set a minimum order customers need to spend before submitting an order. This is helpful to ensure the delivery order value is sustainable to fulfil.

🗒️ This is where you can add specific delivery times if they differ from your regular trading hours.

    Delivery radius

    🗒️ The delivery radius is set at a default of three kilometres. If you require a smaller or larger radius adjust the number.

    Estimated delivery time

    🗒️ If your preparation time is 15 minutes and you set your estimated delivery time at 10 minutes; customers will expect their orders to be fulfilled within 25 minutes.

    🗒️ With the adoption of QR Codes during COVID-19 we have seen that customers are more likely to place online table-service orders now more than ever.

    🗒️ Enabling always online is only available if you have scheduled ordering on for either pick-up or delivery.

    Guest checkout 

    🗒️ By default Guest checkout is enabled; providing your customers the ability to place orders without having to create accounts. This allows them to checkout faster by utilising features such as Google Pay and Apple Pay.
