Updating your timezone in Lightspeed O Series (Kounta)

A quick guide to walk you through how to update your timezone in Lightspeed O Series (Kounta)

If you're finding that the pickup time displayed on your Lightspeed dockets are incorrect (most common for our Queensland customers during the daylight savings period) then it's possible your default timezone in Lightspeed is incorrect.

To check your timezone and/or update it in Lightspeed:

  • Head to Lightspeed Back Office
  • Click into My site (via the left menu)

  • Click into Site information (along the top)

  • Scroll down to the Trading Times section and click the dropdown 

  • From here you can check & update the timezone:
