Customer orders are showing the incorrect time on the dockets. Is my timezone correct?
Your timezone setting might be incorrectly showing the time a customer placed the order, or scheduled an order for.
If you notice incorrect times for orders or scheduled orders on your point-of-sale or orders dockets, this might be due to an incorrect timezone setting.
Every business account has a timezone setting, e.g Time zone in Sydney, NSW (GMT+11) is Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDST).
Daylight Savings timezones need to be considered.
