You might be on our old billing system so you’ll need to add your preferred payment method in our new platform — this will stop payments in the old system, and allow you to manage your plan and invoices directly in Bopple.
🤔 I thought my store was a free add-on?
If you have an add-on storefront for catering, a dark kitchen or similar, tied to another primary storefront, drop us a line and we'll get you sorted.
🤔 I'm not the right person to add payment details. What do I do?
Please let the right person know that they'll need to log in to the account in Bopple Back Office and add their preferred payment method.

Complete the update
Follow the steps below to add your payment method.
1. Copy the promo code
On the popup in Back office, click the 1MTHFOR1
button to copy the promo code. Then click Add preferred payment
to continue to the billing page.
2. Apply the code
Click the Add promotion code
button, paste the 1MTHFOR1 code into the box, and then click Apply
. You'll see your discount applied.
3. Confirm your preferred payment method
Choose between card or direct debit (AU only), and enter the details of your preferred payment method. Click the button to confirm.
