Email notifications for Catering orders
Yes — you can configure an email address to receive alerts for every new Catering order.
- Bopple Back Office → Store settings → Fulfilment
- Select Configure next to Catering Pick-up (or Catering Delivery)
- Expand the Order management drawer
- Enable the toggle for Receive email notifications for new orders
- Enter your Email address
- Press Save

You can use a shared email (e.g. catering@yourvenue.com) if multiple team members need to see the alerts.

The notification setting is shared — the same email address will receive alerts for both Catering Pickup and Catering Delivery.
