Can I set up a lead time for Catering orders?
Yes — you can setup lead times and scheduling rules.
Follow the steps below on how to configure this.
- Bopple Back Office → Store settings → Fulfilment
- Select Configure next to Catering Pick-up (or Catering Delivery)
- Expand the Order scheduling drawer
- Set your preferences:
- How far in advance can customers schedule orders? — how far ahead customers can schedule orders
- How much lead time do you require for orders? — how much notice you need to prepare an order (i.e. 2 days notice)
- Do you have a daily cut-off time for orders? — set a cut off time (i.e. order by 2pm for next day)
💡 Tip: Check both Pickup and Delivery
Catering Pickup and Catering Delivery have their own settings. If you’re offering both, make sure you configure the lead time for each order type separately
