Configuring Bopple orders to print with Square
Struggling to get your Bopple orders to print via Square? Follow the steps below to make sure everything’s set up correctly.
Important: Bopple doesn’t control how or when orders are printed. We send the order to Square, and Square takes it from there — using your configured printer settings.

Square Dashboard → Settings → Device Management → Profiles → Printer profiles

Choose your printer profile
- Make sure the following is enabled

Ensure Online order tickets is enabled ✅

Ensure desired Categories to Print are selected ✅
- Optionally, enable Automatically print new orders (find out more here)
Note: It can take some time for changes in your Square Dashboard to sync with your POS. If things still aren’t printing after setup, give it a little time or try restarting your device.
