View all customers and top customers

You can view your customers directly from your Bopple Back Office. 

1. Go to Bopple Back Office and navigate to the Customers area. If you operate multiple stores, you can view feedback across all stores at the company level. 

2. Your customer list will be sorted based on total spend, with your most valuable customers automatically shown at the top. 

3. You'll see some top-level customer info, like name, email, total spend, and the total number of orders shown for each customer in the directory. 

Search customers

Follow these steps if you're looking to view the details of a specific customer. 

1. Go to Bopple Back Office and navigate to the Customers area. If you operate multiple stores, you can view feedback across all stores here.
2. Use the options above the customer list to search or filter customers. 
   • Search by name
   • Search by email
   • Search by phone number
   • Filter by store (if viewing Customers at company level)

View full customer profile

Follow these steps to view all details of a selected customer. 

1. While in the Customers area of Back Office, find the customer you want to view details of, and click on the customer. 
2. The customer profile drawer will open. 
3. You'll have access to various details on the customer such as: 
   • 👤 Contact info like name, email and phone number
   • 📆 Customer since date and last ordered date
   • 💰 Total spend, total orders, average spend
   • 🛒 Number of your stores the customer has ordered from

Quick access to profiles from Orders and Feedback

When using the Orders or Feedback areas of Back Office, you can easily click through to view the profile of the customer associated with an order or piece of feedback. Perfect to quickly review a customer when helping with an order or responding to a piece of feedback.

1. While in the Orders or Feedback area of Back Office, open the order or feedback submission you're wanting to review or manage. 
2. Scroll down to the Customer section and click View profile
3. The customer profile will open, without losing your place – when you're done, simply close the customer profile and you'll still be where you were before.
