Using Direct Debit for subscription payments

Direct Debit offers a simple, secure way to automatically take care of your subscription — no cards to update, no missed payments.

You can now use Direct Debit to pay for your store subscription on Bopple. Direct Debit is currently available in Australia only.

Switching to Direct Debit 

If you already have an active subscription using a credit card, you can switch to Direct Debit by following the steps below. 

  1. Sign in to Bopple Back Office and select your store
  2. Go to Store settingsBilling
  3. Click Manage on the subscription
  4. In the subscription portal, click + Add payment method 
  5. Select AU Direct Debit and enter your bank account info
  6. Make sure to tick the box for Use as default payment method
  7. Click Add to confirm the details
  8. Your future subscription payments will use your new payment method

Using Direct Debit on new subscriptions

Simply select Direct Debit as your preferred payment method when you start your plan via Bopple Back Office.
