Bopple is investing in a significant upgrade to itβs payments and payouts infrastructure, powered by Stripe. If you started using Bopple before November 2024, you will need to need to activate a new payout account on our upgraded Stripe platform.

Please take a look at our video walkthrough and step-by-step guide on activating your new payout account here. Otherwise, jump straight in to Bopple Back Office and follow the prompts to activate and verify your new payout account.
ππΌββοΈ I thought I had done this already
If we're still contacting you about activating a new payout account on our upgraded Stripe platform, you may need to:
- Stripe might require additional info to verify your account: Check the Payouts page for your store(s) and ensure there is no activation or verification requirements outstanding. If there are, follow the prompts to complete them.
- You might not have upgraded Stripe on all your stores: All stores need to be moved onto the new Stripe platform, so check the Payouts page for all of your stores if you operate several. You can activate a new account for each store, or assign the same payout account from the upgraded platform on multiple stores.
ππΌββοΈ I'm having trouble with Stripe's two-step verification codes
If you use an existing Stripe user profile (email + password) on the first page of the activation flow, Stripe will send you a code via SMS or an authenticator app to verify.
If you're not receiving the codes, please try the following options.
- Use Stripe's profile recovery tool: You may be able to temporarily disable two-step authentication to recover access to your profile via dashboard.stripe.com/recover.
- Re-start the activation flow with an alternate email: As a last resort if you're unable to restore access to your existing Stripe profile, we can reset your activation form so that you can provide a different email address. Email us on help@bopple.com or start a live chat below π¬
