      Updating your statement descriptor

      Your statement descriptor appears on your customer's bank statement. Bopple + Stripe enables you to update the statement descriptor, allowing customers to easily recognise your transactions in their bank feed. 

      Steps:

      The Express Dashboard requires a two-factor authentication code and is intended for use only by the account owner.

      Continuing will send a Stripe 2FA authentication code via SMS to the owner of the connected account.

      Once logged in, you should see the Stripe Dashboard. Click on the My Account Logo in the top right hand corner.

      Scroll down until you see Public Details, and select Edit.

      Update the Statement Descriptor field and press Save.
