Set up trading hours, pick-up/delivery hours, holiday hours, and category hours for your store.
There are different types of hours you can set up in Bopple to control when and how your store operates. Setting these correctly ensures a smooth customer experience and accurate order timing.
Short cuts
Trading Hours
Trading hours define when your entire venue is open for orders.
- Go to Back Office > Store settings > Hours
- Under Trading hours, select Add/edit trading hours
- Select the days you are open, and enter your opening and closing time
- Select Save
✨ Tip: Use the Copy button to quickly duplicate your trading hours across multiple active days.
Pick-up / Delivery Hours
Pick-up and delivery hours can override your regular trading hours. They are particularly useful for enforcing lead times or cut-off times (e.g., only accepting orders 30 minutes after opening, or stopping orders 30 minutes before closing).
- Go to Back Office > Store Settings > Hours
- Under Pick-up and delivery hours, disable the Available during regular trading hours toggle
- Select Edit pick-up / delivery hours
- Select the days you are open, and enter your pick-up and delivery start and end times.
- Select Save
Holiday Hours
Holiday hours allow you to temporarily override your regular trading hours for specific days or periods, such as public holidays or special events.
With Holiday Hours, you can:

Adjust trading hours for a specific day or date range (e.g., open later or close earlier).

Close your store for a specific day or date range (e.g., closed on Christmas Day).

Category Hours
Category hours allow you to restrict the availability of certain menu categories to specific times or days.
Examples include:

A Breakfast menu available daily from 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM.

A Specials category available Monday to Friday only.
