Auto accept online orders with Square

A quick guide to show you how to enable auto accept online orders via your Square POS.

How it works 👇

Once enabled, when a customer places an online order, your POS will automatically accept the order (marking it as in progress in your POS) and if you have a printer connected, will automatically print the docket for your staff as well.

How to set it up 🛠️

Step 1: Enable the feature in Square Back Office

  • Head to Square Back Office → Device Management → Profiles → Printer Profiles 
  • Click the relevant Printer → Tap the 3 dot icon top right → Edit
  • Scroll down to Online Order Tickets & toggle this on
  • Also tick 'Automatically print new orders.'
