What happens if the customer wants to cancel their Uber Direct delivery order?
Currently, it isn't possible to cancel Uber Direct delivery jobs from the Orders Manager, but we will be adding this in the future.
For now, the following process is required.
If the order has not been accepted yet:
- Simply reject the order via the Orders Manager or integrated POS
If the order has been accepted, the job would have been created with Uber Direct:
- Call Uber Direct live support on the number below to cancel the delivery job
- Cancel the order via the Orders Manager or integrated POS (this will refund the customer)
