Separate your dine-in experience

Streamline ordering and avoid confusion with a separated dine-in menu experience.

Simplified customer ordering

This new feature will allow you to prevent a couple of confusing experiences: 

• Customers accidentally ordering pick-up while seated at a table
• Customers seeing your dine-in menu before they are actually in your venue

How to enable the separated dine-in experience

Quick and easy in your Bopple Back Office: 

• Head to Bopple Back Office ➜ Store Settings ➜ Fulfilment
• Click Configure on Dine-in
• Open the Dine-in accessibility section
• Enable Separate dine-in experience

What to expect

A couple of important notes about what changes when you enable this.  

1. Dine-in will be hidden for anyone browsing your menu via your default store URL
   ✅ No more access to dine-in only menu items unless you're in the venue.
2. Pick-up and Delivery will be hidden for anyone who scans a Dine-in QR code
   ✅ No more accidental takeaway orders for guests seated in your venue.
