As you know, Lightspeed Ordering is powered by Bopple. As of July 2023 the billing for your online ordering subscription will be moving from Lightspeed to Bopple. This means that your online ordering charges will no longer be included as part of your Lightspeed subscription - you'll pay Bopple directly for online ordering.
Rest assured that this change in billing will not impact your online ordering experience. Lightspeed and Bopple will continue to work seamlessly together, providing you with the same integrated experience you are familiar with.

- Start a live chat with our team below
- One of our specialists will assign your new plan so you can add payment details
- Sign-in to Bopple Back Office and go Store Settings â Billing & Payouts
- Click Subscribe now and follow the prompts to add your payment info
âšī¸ You will only be billed by Bopple for online ordering. Lightspeed will bill you for your POS plan and any Lightspeed add-ons.
