Did you make some changes to your menu in your Square POS (e.g. adding or removing a product) but they aren't coming through to Bopple?
If you recently made some changes to your menu in your Square POS (e.g. adding or removing a product) but they aren't coming through to Bopple, you're in the right place!
Step 1: Re-import your menu
The first thing to try is to run the Bopple importer via your Bopple back office:
- Head to Back Office > Menu > Products
- Click Import (along the top right)
Step 2: Check that the products are set to show-online
If re-importing your menu didn't do the trick, in most cases the reason you won't see a change coming through from Square to Bopple is because the product/item has not been manually set to 'show online' via your Square back office.
To do this:
- Head to https://app.squareup.com/
- Click View Dashboard next to the relevant site
- Click into Item Library (via the menu to the left)
- Click into the Product/Item that's missing
- Scroll down to the Custom Attributes section
- Toggle Bopple Show Online on
- Click Save (along the top right)
