With phishing scams on the rise, it's important to be mindful of what emails Bopple will send you from time to time, and what might indicate you've received a scam email.
Is this Bopple email legit?
An email should be considered suspicious if it:
- Asks you to respond with your password, payment info, or identity documents
- Comes from an address that does not end in @bopple.com
- help@bopple.com ✅
- help@boople.com ⚠️
- Includes links to web pages on domains that are not bopple.com or bopple.app
- my.bopple.com/login ✅
- messina.bopple.app ✅
- help.bopple.com ✅
- bopple-login.com ⚠️
What emails do we send?
Our customer success and support teams may contact you from help@bopple.com, hello@bopple.com or [name]@bopple.com
We also send automated emails from no-reply@bopple.com. These are sent to to customers and business users for a number of things relating to account activity and online orders, including:
- Email verification at signup
- Account verification for new device logins
- Invitations to manage a business account
- Password resets
- Order receipts for customers
- Order error alerts for business users
For security, you can’t turn these automated emails off.
Not sure about an email?
If you've received an email claims to be from Bopple, but doesn't look right (eg. the sender address does not end in @bopple.com), don’t respond to it, click any links, or download anything in the email. If you already did:
- Reset your password:
- my.bopple.com/forgotpassword for business users
- bopple.app/forgotpassword for customers
- Change your password on any other sites where you use the same password.
- Contact your bank if you think your financial details have been compromised.
Report a suspicious email
- Forward the email to legal@bopple.com
- Delete the email
Our team will investigate and let you know if the email is legitimate.
