What happens if the customer wants to cancel their DoorDash Drive delivery order?
Currently, it isn't possible to cancel DoorDash delivery jobs from the Orders Manager, but we will be adding this in the future.
For now, the following process is required.
If the order has not been accepted yet:
- Simply reject the order via the Orders Manager or integrated POS
If the order has been accepted, the job would have been created with DoorDash:
- Call DoorDash live support on 1800 958 316 to have them cancel the delivery job
- Cancel the order via the Orders Manager or integrated POS (this will refund the customer)
