How do my customers redeem gift cards in Bopple?
Customers can simply enter their unique gift card code at checkout. The Bopple platform will check the balance of the gift card in Wrapped, and apply it to the order, up to the total payment due. When the customer places the order, the gift card balance will be adjusted in Wrapped.
Can customers buy Wrapped Gift Cards through my Bopple Store?
Currently it isn't possible for customers to purchase Wrapped Gift Cards through Bopple.
Do customers need to use their entire gift card at once?
No they don't! Customers can partially redeem their gift card, and use the remaining balance at another time.
How does it work if I have multiple locations?
You can connect as many Bopple stores as you need to your Wrapped account; the monthly fee for your Wrapped account includes unlimited locations.
Can Wrapped Gift Cards be redeemed at the POS?
Yes! Wrapped Gift Cards can be redeemed at selected integrated POS systems, like Lightspeed O-Series, Square, and many more.

What is Wrapped?
Wrapped is an all-in-one gift card platform offering advanced customisations and integration with several point-of-sale and ecommerce platforms, allowing you to offer a totally flexible omnichannel gifting experience to your customers.
Where can I sell gift cards?
You can sell Wrapped gift cards in-person via your point-of-sale, or online via your Shopify website. Customers will be able to purchase gift cards in your Bopple online store and mobile apps in a near-future update!
Where can customers use their gift cards?
Customers can redeem anywhere they like, including in-person via your point-of-sale, and online via your Shopify site or your Bopple online store and mobile apps.
How do customers receive their gift card?
When you issue or sell a new gift card, you can simply attach a customer email address and the customer will receive a beautiful gift card email. The gift card email includes a unique gift card code, a link to your online store with the gift card code attached, as well as a QR code and an option to add the gift card to Apple Wallet, to make in-person redemption a breeze.
Can I customise my gift card email design?
Yes! You have full control to customise the look, feel and content of your gift card emails in your Wrapped dashboard.
Can I send gift card emails from my own email domain?
Yes! Just verify your sender domain in the account settings area of your Wrapped dashboard and all gift card emails will be sent "from" your own domain.
Can I import existing gift cards from another system?
Absolutely! You can import existing gift card codes and balances in your Wrapped dashboard, and the Wrapped support team are happy to assist with this process to make migration as seamless as you need it to be.
Can I use physical gift cards I had printed for another system?
No worries if you already have printed gift cards. All you need is the unique code from each physical card and you can then import this to Wrapped. When you sell the gift card via your point-of-sale, you can simply add funds and activate the card.
