How do I mark products as unavailable?

Orders Manager is your live tool for handling orders. It is recommended to mark products as unavailable with the easily configurable product availability in Orders Manager. If you are using operating an integrated POS it is recommended to use your POS (refer to your integrate POS documentation). This functionality is also provided in Back Office as an alternative.

From Orders Manager

  • Login to Bopple App on Tablet or select Orders Manager shortcut in Back Office
  • Select Right Side Bars
  • Select Product Availability
  • Choose Product Category
  • Tap/Click products to make unavailable

From Back Office

  • Go to Back Office
  • Select Menu > Product
  • Turn Toggle Grey
