What do I do if I can't see an order in my integrated POS?

If you can't see an order in your integrated POS check the account holders email to see if the order failed to submit to the POS. Bopple emails through any issues with orders. If the order did fail to submit the order will need to be actioned in Orders Manager instead. Orders Manager by Bopple is available on iOS, Android and on the laptop from Back Office.
