Getting started with Uber Direct

Thinking about using Uber Direct for deliveries? Follow this guide to get your store ready. Uber will create your account, and Bopple will handle the delivery setup.

✅ 1. Set up your Back Office

Before you can connect with Uber Direct, make sure your store details are up to date in the Bopple Back Office.

Under Store settings → Profile

  • Ensure your ABN, store phone number, and store address are correct

Under Store settings → Account

  • Ensure your name, email address, and phone number are correct
    These contact details are used by Uber and Bopple to reach you directly. They are not shown to customers.

📞 A store phone number is required to use Uber Direct.

✅ 2. Complete the onboarding form

Submit the Uber Direct onboarding form to start the setup process.

✅ 3. Wait 1-3 business days

Bopple will create your Uber Direct account. Once it's ready, you'll receive:

  • An email from Uber to complete billing and tax setup
  • An email from Bopple confirming your account is ready and guiding you through the next step

✅ 4. Set up your Uber Direct account 

You'll receive an email from no-reply@uber.com with the subject line: You're invited to deliver with Bopple!

Click the Set up button in the email to:

  • Create your Uber login
  • Add your billing information (credit card or invoice)
  • Enter your tax details

✅ 5. Let Bopple know you're ready

Reply to the email from Bopple and let us know you’ve completed your Uber setup. We’ll enable the integration for your store.
