Automatic Imports
Daily import
Once your store is live, an automatic menu import will be triggered once a day to ensure your online store is up to date with the menu setup in Lightspeed Kounta.
Error-triggered import
If your POS responds with any kind of menu-setup error when a new customer order is placed, the Bopple system will automatically trigger a menu import. Most menu setup issues are resolved with a menu import, so this helps to prevent repeated POS order errors.

Manual Imports
At any time, you can run a menu import to update your online store. This is ideal if you are making changes in Lightspeed that need to be reflected immediately to avoid errors and give customers access to new products.

Real-Time Updates
Lightspeed Pricelist sync
If you are using Lightspeed Pricelists, the Bopple system will automatically trigger a menu import when a new pricelist is scheduled to start or end. This import ensures that the pricing in your online store is up to date with what you have specified in Lightspeed Kounta.
Lightspeed Product Availability sync
Product Availability on POS (including items being marked as available or unavailable, and sell limits being set on items) is always synced to your online store in real-time. You do not need to run a menu import to have these changes reflected in your online store.
