Manage your prep time and store status
Prep time helps set the right expectations for customers. Learn how to set your default timing and make quick adjustments during service.

Set your default prep time
- Go to Bopple Back Office ➞ Store settings ➞ Fulfilment ➞ Timing and scheduling
- Open the Wait times drawer
- Set your prep (and optionally your delivery) time in minutes
- Close drawer to save changes
Make quick changes during service
You can update your prep time, or pause orders temporarily from Bopple Orders Manager
Update prep time on the fly
- Tap the current prep time at the top of the screen
- Adjust the time up or down
- Tap Update to apply the change
Pause orders temporarily
- Tap Open at the top of the screen
- Press Suspend service
Your store will reopen automatically at the next scheduled trading period (e.g. next morning or dinner service).
