Setting your wait times is important to manage customer expectations.
If you're using Lightspeed, please follow these steps.
- Set default prep time: Lightspeed Back Office > Features > Order Types > Configure
- Temporary adjustments: Lightspeed POS > Online (top right corner) > Adjust prep time

If you're using Bopple standalone follow these steps.
Go to Back Office > Store Settings > Fulfilment > Timing and scheduling
Both preparation time and delivery time can be configured. If your venue integrates with a delivery partner the delivery time shown to the customer will reflect the delivery partners estimated delivery time.
From Orders Manager you can amend the prep time on the fly if you are busy or if the order won't take as long as usual. If your venue integrates with a POS prep times are amended in the POS
