How do I manage my prep time and why is it important?

Setting your wait times is important to manage customer expectation. 

If you're using an integrated POS, like Lightspeed, please adjust your prep time within your point-of-sale settings.

Both preparation time and delivery time can be configured. If your venue integrates with a delivery partner the delivery time shown to the customer will reflect the delivery partners estimated delivery time. 



From Orders Manager you can amend the prep time on the fly if you are busy or if the order won't take as long as usual. If your venue integrates with a POS prep times are amended in the POS
