Why aren't my orders printing automatically?

If you have Pass-Thru Printing enabled in both Lightspeed and Bopple, but some or all of your orders are not being automatically accepted and printed, it is likely that the register you have assigned for pass-thru printing is not online

If your assigned PTP register is offline, Lightspeed rejects new orders, so Bopple has to re-send them without pass-thru. This means the orders will need to be manually accepted in your POS.
